Our cancellation policy is strictly time-based. Refund percentages are calculated based on the time remaining before the standard check-in time (12:00 PM).

Check-in starts at 12:00 PM and check-out is before 11:00 AM, subject to availability for early or late requests.
All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID during check-in.
Any damage to hotel property will be charged to the guest accordingly.
The management reserves the right to refuse service to guests who violate hotel rules or local laws.
